How to Rent a House Cheaply Online

Posted on May 12, 2012 under General, SEM

Need to rent a house without the high costs of an Estate Agent?

If you’re looking for cheaper online alternatives to try and rent your house, here’s my own case study that might give you a few ideas.

Work Plans for 2009

Posted on December 31, 2008 under General

Well a flu-ridden Christmas is finally over and another New Year’s Eve is here, so it’s time again to make some plans for the coming year.

Looking back on my plan and goals for 2008 it was rather ambitious and with the amount of client work that I had I wasn’t able to cover everything in great depth though I was able to touch on most things. LinksPro Ultimate is finally ready for release. Thanks to everyone that made suggestions, alot of them have been taken on board and implemented, some of the other suggestions due to time constraints and finance will have to wait for future releases.

I think it’s the best ASP directory script on the market, and we hope you do to.

Another Directory falls by the wayside

Posted on September 27, 2007 under General

Looks like another promising directory has been pulled. NIPages.com appeared to have spent quite a bit of money on marketing over the last few years and were no doubt trying to take on 4NI. Unfortunately it looks like they didn’t quite succeed.

Is there any other Northern Ireland directories out there that can compete with 4NI?
