Which Drops a Suspended Site Quicker?

Which drops a suspended site quicker? Google My Business or Google Organic?

hosting suspended dropped from google's index

I recently noticed Google’s Organic Algorithm dropping a suspended site quicker than a stone. The site’s homepage was dropped in days and the rest of the pages continue to flush themselves out of Google’s index. The Google My Business listing link to the homepage with the suspended hosting notice is still there.

It’s a wonder that the link on GMB to the homepage isn’t replaced with a link to the Google My Business page (as with some GMB listings that don’t have a website they just rely on/link to the GMB page). In fact for Google My Business you don’t need a website to be listed, just a GMB page.

Something for the GMB team to work on.

Update: Weeks after I’ve written this article, this issue is still there.
Months later the issue is still there.
